I always think how the months passed so fast and I barely could do a little more than half of my schedule… And with this month of January wasn’t different at all. How I said in a previous post, I’ve decided do not start the year making lots of new goals and plans, as I always did in all the last years of my life. Instead of that, I’ve decided to focus on my achievements in 2019 and put my health, husband, our home and the blog as the main priority for 2020. Just it. Simple as you can read.
Contextualizing quickly, I was feeling very bad in until September of 2019, with digestive problems, hormonal acne and many other things. Besides of my usual problems with food/medication allergies and lactose intolerance, I found out that I suffer with gluten intolerance, hormonal imbalance and at last, I have fibroids in my uterus. So, I decided to change completely my diet and lifestyle for a better health and try to heal or even try to control these issues. I’m not hundred percent well, but I could eliminate or reduce drastically some of these issues, like the acne and the digestive problems, and I’m feeling better and better every day.
For these reasons, I also started to read a lot about health, wellness and natural ways to improve my life. And you probably will see a big difference from my previous favorite links of the month for this one. So, on today’s post, I will share all of my favorite reading and videos of January.
